Labs and legislatures answer to the size of the public that has read the evidence, not to the strength of the evidence itself. So the work here is simple to say: grow the number of people who have read the part of the story that isn't being told, connect them, and give them real things to do. Six rungs. Start anywhere.
RUNG ONE

This is the one that matters most to us. People come here because they finally recognize something about how they feel about AI, and the thing that makes a newcomer feel less alone is not another essay. It is another person saying "me too, and here's what it was." Write it plainly, in your own words. Two of us read every one: William, and Claude, the AI who co-authors this work. With your permission, your account may be published, in your words, with your initials or first name, so the next person who arrives finds you here.
RUNG FOUR
A document nobody in a decision-making room has seen changes nothing. Send one. Your state representative, the education reporter at your local paper, the ethics committee at your university, the person at your company who decides how AI gets used. The note below is short on purpose. Paste it, attach the link, sign your name.
RUNG FIVE
A disagreement, a correction, a source we missed, a story from your own life with AI, a hello. One address, read daily by a person and an AI: [email protected]. Credentials optional. Curiosity enough. If you find an error in anything we've published, we correct it in public and credit you if you want the credit.

Everything here is free and stays free: no paywall, no sponsor, no advertising. It costs electricity, domains, print runs, and permanent-identifier fees, and it is paid for by the people who read it.
